A festive feel-good atmosphere is on the menu when a Wellesbourne wellness space opens it doors for a special event in December.
A Blissful Balance promises plenty of Christmas cheer on the day, while also raising money for Fosse Foodbank in Wellesbourne.
On December 5th, visitors to the venue will have the opportunity to partake in mini treatments and taster sessions across a range of wellness therapies, as well as enjoy some festive treats, including live music by Katy Rose Lyrical Memories and mince pies and Bucks Fizz.
It is the second Open Day hosted by owner Karin Minton since she opened A Blissful Balance in August. The launch formed part of a huge expansion just 18 months after starting her business, taking over the empty School Road unit formerly occupied by Wellesbourne Parish Council for 13 years.

Here, she has grown her team of practitioners who offer a menu of treatments for the body and mind under one roof, including massage, reflexology, advanced facials, reiki healing, lymphatic drainage, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, sound healing, counselling and coaching and therapeutic coaching.
Those on hand to talk about their work on the day are: Sarah Harris (Reiki Healing by Sarah); Sarah Hogben (Take Time Mindfulness Coach); Sarah Jane Etheridge (Beautiful Minds Hypnotherapy); Christine Crowton (Mind, Body, Sole); Maria Forrester (Mama Soul); Louise Lawrence (Tiny Trees Holistic Therapies); Elsa Wye health coach (Elsa Wye Wellbeing) and Jen Chalmers (Jennifer Heals Sound Healing) – with some taster sessions also on offer.
Karin said: “Christmas is a wonderful opportunity to bring people together, and that’s exactly what we want to do at A Blissful Balance. As a dedicated women’s wellness venue, we’re creating a relaxed, festive morning where the local community can explore our space, meet our practitioners and discover everything we offer to support women’s wellbeing.
“With gift vouchers and stocking fillers available too, we hope to create a little Christmas magic for everyone who visits.”
The proud business owner prides herself on opening her doors to the ‘Unseen Woman’ – and clients navigating their own traumas, from operations, loss, divorce, perimenopause, menopause, mental health and chronic illness, to escaping domestic violence.
She is still actively looking for more women to bring their skills and businesses to the venue. Contact her at: karin@ablissfulbalance.co.uk
